Wushu (Kung Fu)

In our Wushu (Kung Fu) programs, we adhere to the standards set by the International Wushu Federation. Our curriculum focuses on teaching standardized competition routines, including Elementary, Intermediate, and Compulsory level routines. Our primary emphasis lies in the northern style known as Long Fist (Changquan) and its associated weapon routines.

The training structure in Wushu involves:

  1. Fundamental Training (Jibengong): This essential phase covers hand techniques, kicking techniques, footwork, stances, jumping, and more.

  2. Routines (Taolu): These encompass elaborate sequences of movements performed either with long or short weapons, as well as empty-hand routines.

  3. Free Sparring (Sanda): Students apply learned movements for both attack and defense, honing their reaction skills in practical scenarios.
