Presidential Wushu Cup 2023

Coach Kevin and Coach Luis are seasoned competitors with experience from local to international level competitions. As a result we do get invited to competitions throughout the year. If a student is interested in competing they will be offered the option to compete in forms or routines (empty handed or weapon forms), sparring or fighting events and competitions, board breaking, etc.

January through April:

• Wushu Taekwon-Do Academy Winter Invitational, NJ (ITF Patterns, Sparring, and Board Breaking)

• Union’s UTA All-Valley Tournament, NJ (Open Sparring Competition)

• Phoenix Group Taekwon-Do Championship, TX (ITF Patterns, Sparring and Board Breaking)

May through August:

• Presidential Wushu Cup Tournament, MD (Wushu and Tai Chi routines)

• US Challenge Wushu Tournament, MD (Wushu and Tai Chi routines)

September through December:

• GTF Invitational, DE (ITF Patterns, Sparring, and Board Breaking)

• New England Wushu Championships, CT (Wushu and Tai Chi routines, Sparring/Sanda)
