Tai Chi (Taijiquan)
Tai Chi or Taijiquan, is known for a being a “soft” martial art. It is one of the three major styles of internal martial arts along with Xing Yi Quan and Baguazhang. Our program starts off with the most popular style called Yang Family Taijiquan. Forms are slow, but fluid and filled with challenging movements that will improve your strength and balance. Training includes empty handed routines as well as weapons like the Tai Chi Sword (Taijijian) and the Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan.
