Wushu

Our Wushu (or Kung Fu) program consists of Long Fist and Southern Fist which were standardized by the International Wushu Federation (IWuF). We also teach other forms of traditional Chinese martial arts.

Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art developed for the South Korean army in the 1940s by General Choi Hong-Hi, nicknamed the “Korean art of self-defense,” it focuses on empty hand combat with an emphasis on kicking. Our syllabus adheres to the standards set by the International Taekwon-Do Federation under President Choi Jung-Hwa.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that focuses on combining breathing with motion, it’s a great form of stress release and it helps with improving balance, coordination, strength and stress reduction. We mainly teach Yang-style Tai Chi but we also offer Sun-style Tai Chi and other internal styles.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing program is a blend of Taekwon-Do and Chinese Kickboxing (Sanda). It helps improve reaction skills, increase strength and flexibility, and increases one’s physical fitness.
