Wushu (Kung Fu) is an exhibition and full contact sport developed by taking various aspects of traditional styles of martial arts found all around China. The most common form of Wushu is called Long Fist or “Chang Quan” which takes the essentials of styles found in Northern China such as Cha-Style Boxing, Hua-Style Boxing, and Shaolin Boxing. Training consists on routines (Taolu) with empty hands or with long and short weapons. We also teach other traditional styles of Wushu in our programs.

Taekwon-Do is a martial art developed for the South Korean army by General Choi Hong-Hi. Nicknamed the “Korean art of self defense,” it focuses on empty-handed combat with a heavy emphasis on kicking techniques. We follow the standards set by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF).

Tai Chi (Taijiquan) a form on internal-style boxing (Neijiaquan) that focuses building a stable frame and coordination between breath and movement. The base of our program is based on Yang-Family Tai Chi, characterized by big movements and performed at a slow pace. Our program also follows other styles of Tai Chi and internal styles like Sun-Family Tai Chi, Baguazhang, Xing Yi Quan and Bajiquan.

Martial arts provides numerous benefits for both kids and adults. Experience improvements in focus, discipline, strength, and flexibility. Join us for a class and discover the advantages firsthand!
